Audrey Wallace Dorsey is a certified executive coach and business consultant with over 14 years of experience working with organizations and individuals across the U.S. in developing transformative initiatives to navigate, adapt, and thrive in highly-competitive and complex global markets. Her expertise includes individual development and coaching; personality-based assessment; selecting, coaching and developing high performing teams; and designing succession management programs.
As a personality expert trained in Hogan Assessment Systems’ tools, Audrey has spent more than a decade facilitating team building and employee development programs, integrating personality assessments and 360 feedback into various coaching and leadership development initiatives at all levels of client organizations. Programs she has designed and delivered have focused on executive coaching, leadership training, talent acquisition and development, and learning initiatives. With regard to corporate management consulting, Audrey has worked with clients on establishing and designing organizational priorities and strategies, driving superior performance, implementing viable solutions, enhancing business success, and maximizing profitability.
During her time at Hogan, Audrey worked closely with the Director of Hogan Coaching Network (HCN) overseeing the HCN’s growth with the addition of international coaches and expansion of service offerings, such as executive performance, high potential talent, and on-boarding coaching programs. She facilitated countless Hogan Assessment Certification and Advanced Certification workshops and was responsible for spearheading and growing Hogan’s independent consultants network from 500 users to 1,000+ .
Audrey completed Columbia University’s Coaching Certification Program and is a certified practitioner of Hogan Assessments. She holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Springfield College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from North Florida University. Audrey has contributed to professional publications, including Coaching the Dark Side of Personality: High Impact Strategies to Build a Winning Leadership Reputation.< Back to team
