Julie has over a decade of experience in business strategy and administration, having held positions within the legal, consulting, and publishing fields with both small businesses and global firms. She serves as a strategic partner to the firm in designing and implementing business growth strategies, and in providing deliverables and support for client-side initiatives including strategic planning, marketing, business, and and professional development programs.

Julie owns and operates JM Consultancy, a business advisory and professional development consultancy helping people and brands develop and implement strategic plans with a focus on effective communications and engaged communities. By utilizing scientifically-based personality assessments she helps individuals and teams build objective frameworks for developing leadership skills and achieving professional goals.

Previously, Julie held several marketing and operations-focused roles at the law firms DLA Piper and Sills Cummis & Gross P.C. where she collaborated with stakeholders to develop and drive market growth initiatives.  In each of these roles, she was involved in strategic planning, brand positioning and messaging, communications, market research, and client development.

Julie holds an MBA from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University, a BA from Rutgers University, and is a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) certified practitioner.
