Prior to launching her coaching practice, Basak built an exceptional career as a Senior Executive at JPMorgan Chase and Oliver Wyman. At JPMorgan Chase, she served as a Managing Director in two distinct roles: first as Head of Corporate Strategy, partnering with the CEO and Operating Committee on the firm’s most consequential strategic initiatives, and later as Head of Business Development at JPMorgan Advisors, where she led growth and strategic transformation of the ultra-high-net-worth wealth management business. At Oliver Wyman, she was a Senior Principal in the Digital and Financial Services practice, advising leading global financial institutions on strategy, transformation, innovation, and organizational redesign.
