Hayato Yasuzawa specializes in cross-cultural executive training and development, particularly the challenges that individuals and employers face when sending executives overseas. He is a bilingual Certified Coach and MBA with more than 15 years of experience alongside C-level executives at international companies doing business in Japan. Prior to becoming an executive coach and consultant, Hayato served as Group General Manager-HR of North Asia for Fonterra. He was previously a consultant at both Deloitte Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers, and worked as a Learning & Development Manager for MPG in Abbott Japan.

Hayato is a Certified Executive & Organizational Coach, and completed the Columbia University Coaching Certification Program (CCP). He is a member of the Columbia Coaching Learning Association and is a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) certified practitioner. Hayato has spoken and written extensively on executive performance, leadership, talent management and motivation. He is an adjunct professor of Labor Employment Law at Temple University in Japan and teaches a Leadership Skills course at Recruit Management School in Japan . Hayato holds an MBA degree from George Washington University and an LLB from Ritsumeikan University in Kyoto Japan.
