Julie McAlinden has over a decade of experience in business strategy and administration, having held positions within both small businesses and global firms. She works closely with executives and their teams to create and execute business plans to reach short and long-term objectives. She serves as a strategic partner to Simier Partners in providing deliverables and operational support for client-side initiatives including professional development, business development and marketing programs.
Previously, Julie held several business management and operations-focused roles at the law firms DLA Piper and Sills Cummis & Gross P.C. where she collaborated with stakeholders to develop and drive market growth initiatives. In each of these roles, she was involved in devising and executing strategic plans for business units, managing marketing activity including drafting pitches and proposals, compiling market and industry research reports and overseeing special projects.
Julie earned a M.B.A. from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University and a B.A. from Rutgers University. She is a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) certified practitioner and uses the assessment as a tool to help executives raise their leadership profile.
