Lisa partners with founders and senior leaders across industries – from INGOs to professional services to social enterprises. Lisa’s international experience and perspective comes from living in France and the UK, and working with clients across five continents. She speaks on the Enneagram as a transformational leadership tool at institutions including INSEAD and Bard’s MBA in Sustainability program.
Lisa draws from her background in education, including seven years as an expatriate educator in Paris and her experience with Teach for America. Her approach is informed by training in conscious leadership, self-leadership principles, somatic practices, neuroscience, and Internal Family Systems. Her clients consistently report improved ability to lead authentically, transform challenging team dynamics, navigate difficult conversations, and implement sustainable leadership practices.
Lisa holds an M.Phil., individual and team Enneagram certifications, and Martha Beck Wayfinder certification. She serves as Chair of the Advisory Board at Period Reality, facilitator at Opportunity Collaboration, and volunteers with Migrant Aid and Mamatoto Village in Washington, DC.
